As the CONSEF event day approaches, we are pleased to inform you that your students will be warmly welcomed to the Donald Stephens Convention Center located at 5555 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018. We will concurrently accommodate approximately 1200 individuals, including students, chaperones, judges, volunteers, and visitors. Please find the event details outlined below.

Drop Off & Bus Parking
The convention center’s drop-off address is 5555 N River Rd, Rosemont, IL 60018. This location is convenient for those arriving at the convention center by bus as a designated parking lot is nearby. The Rosemont Theatre lot at 5400 N. River Rd can accommodate buses for FREE. Bus drivers must use the entrance off Technology Blvd on the right side of the road after turning onto it from North River Road. By preference, buses should park near the guardrails and the farthest away from the building. This is the request from Rosemont Theatre management. Also, the buses must leave by 5:15 pm to prepare their lot for their evening show. Please see the schematic map for the bus parking lot.

Student Registration: 9-10:30 am | Exhibit Hall G (Second Floor)
Attention all students participating in the Math Olympics, STEM EXPO, and CONSEF project session:
To maintain order and ensure a smooth process, only chaperones or coaches will be permitted in the registration area; students must refrain from entering this designated space. Each student will receive a badge upon arrival. As a token of appreciation, each CONSEF and STEM EXPO student will receive a complimentary t-shirt at the registration booths. Additionally, all Math Olympics and Robocon competitors will receive complimentary t-shirts at their event rooms. Please utilize the number on your badge to locate your assigned table efficiently. The ROBOCON registrations will take place at Room 21.
Lunch: 12 -1:45 pm | Student Lunch – Exhibit Hall G (Second Floor)
The student menu costs $16 per person, and payment can be made using cash or a credit card. If your school has obtained lunch vouchers for the students, students can redeem them for one of the three options available. Lunch vouchers will be distributed to the school chaperones during the registration at Exhibit Hall G.
- Option 1 includes hot dog, chips, and soda;
- Option 2 provides turkey, chips, soda;
- Option 3 offers cheese pizza, chips, and soda.
Students, parents, and teachers can buy additional snacks separately through cash or credit card.
